Behavior Support Admissions

Southern Alleghenies Service Management Group (SASMG) is responsible for coordinating and assuring quality of Intellectual Disability services throughout Blair County. We ask the individual/family to reach out to SASMG to get direction on where to begin the process if the individual does not receive intellectual and developmental services.

If the individual lives in Blair County and receives Intellectual Disability services, then we ask them to talk to their Support Coordinator about applying for behavior support services through the SASMG Request for Proposal Database.  A request for services would be sent out in the database to behavior support providers.  Cornerstone Services would then respond with interest to the request and the support coordinator will set up a meeting with a behavior specialist from Cornerstone Services of Ganister Station and the individual and the individual’s team to see if we are a good fit for the person requesting services.
