We have various job openings at our locations. The overall success of Ganister Station comes from our dedicated and caring staff. We strive to create a positive work environment that offers challenging yet rewarding opportunities for our staff as they support the needs of the people who attend the day program.
Staff are trained on a wide variety of topics some of which include: incident management, medication administration, CPR, Fatal Five, fire safety, dysphagia, individual support plans, and behavior support plans. Our highly-trained staff are the back-bone of Ganister Station and provide supports at the day program and also when individuals go out into the community.
A potential employee application for our job openings will be used to run a criminal history and to run a motor vehicle record. It will also be used for setting the applicant up for a company physical, TB test, and drug screening.

Employees may participate in the company’s 401(K) profit sharing plan. Ganister Station provides a company match to the employee’s 401K plan.
Vacation/PTO
Vacation is awarded after 6 months of consecutive, full time employment. Additional vacation time is awarded after multiple years of service as specified in the Employee Handbook. Full-Time employees earn 24 hours of PTO each year.
